The vessel is an all-steel welded structure, featuring a single deck, local double bottom, and continuous flush deck. It has a plumb bow, transom stern, and a deckhouse located amidships. Propelled by an azimuth propulsion system, it possesses CCS "Fire Fighting Ship 1" capability and B-class Ice Strengthening. It is primarily used for port towing, pushing/berthing, and coastal towing operations. Stability meets requirements for ocean towing, port operations, and fire-fighting ship standards.

II. Hull Structure
The hull is transversely framed, utilizing CCS-approved new steel. Plate grade is CCS-B; section steel grade is CCS-A. Welding materials are CCS-approved.
Plating Thickness: Main deck 10mm; deck stringer 12mm; deck machinery areas thickened to 18mm. Bottom plating around azimuth thrusters 18mm; aft block shell plating 14-18mm; stem plate 14mm; ice belt 14mm. Bottom, bilge, and side shell in other areas 12mm; sheer strake 14mm.
Compartmentation: Five watertight transverse bulkheads under the main deck divide the vessel into: Forepeak/Sail Locker, Emergency Fire Pump Room/Chain Locker, Semi-sunken Crew Accommodation, Engine Room/Monitor Room/Store, and Thruster Room/Ballast Tank.
III. Accommodation Arrangement
The semi-sunken accommodation area comprises 4 single cabins, 4 officer cabins, 1 office, and 1 mess/lounge. Above the main deck, there are the Master's cabin, Chief Engineer's cabin, 2 single cabins, a galley, dining room, and toilets. The aft section houses a firefighter equipment room, storage, and towing gear store. The Bridge deck has 2 stores and a battery room. The Navigation deck houses the Wheelhouse. All cabins are equipped with standard furniture, sanitary ware, and living facilities.
IV. Tank Configuration
Ballast Tanks: 4 groups, total volume approx. 107.5m³.
Fresh Water Tanks: Total volume 79.9m³.
Fuel Oil Tanks: Total volume 104m³.
Lubricating Oil Tank: 3.7m³.
Bilge/Slop Tanks: Total volume 4.3m³.
Foam Tank: 9.0m³.
All tank volumes are calculated based on corresponding medium density.
V. Deck Machinery
Forward: 2 units of Combined Windlass/Winch (2-in-1) for anchoring and towing, braking force 140t each.
Aft: 1 unit of Towing Winch, dedicated for towing operations, braking force 140t.
Anchors: 2 x Spek anchors, 1290kg each.
Anchor Chain: 15 shackles, total length 412.5m, diameter Φ28mm, Grade AM2 stud link chain.
Bollards: 1 x Combined bitt (Φ350) forward; 6 x Double bitts (Φ325) forward.
Bollards: 1 x Combined bitt (Φ350) aft; 6 x Double bitts (Φ325) aft.
Stern Roller: 1 unit installed at the stern transom.
Fenders: 2 rows of cylindrical rubber fenders at the bow; various cylindrical rubber fenders at the stern and sides. Steel half-round fenders installed in areas without rubber fenders.
Protection: Loader tires and aircraft tires installed at the bow and sides, secured with high-strength chains, lifting straps, and shackles.
VI. Fire Fighting & Life Saving Appliances
Life Saving: 2 x 15-person inflatable life rafts (with hydrostatic release units); 8 lifebuoys (4 with self-igniting lights and smoke signals, 4 with lifelines); 18 lifejackets with lights; 14 immersion suits; 12 rocket parachute flares.
Fire Fighting: 1 set of external fire pump (driven by P.T.O. of Port Main Engine); 2 fire monitors; 2 electric fire/bilge Pumps; 1 emergency fire pump; 5 dual-purpose spray nozzles; 5 fire hydrants; 18 portable fire extinguishers; 1 x 45L wheeled foam extinguisher; 5 sets of firefighter outfits; 1 air compressor for breathing apparatus. Includes foam tank and foam extinguishing system.
VII. Engine Room Equipment
Main Engines: 2 units of Weichai 8WH25LC3000-9 diesel engines. Inline 4-stroke, direct injection, turbocharged, intercooled. Continuous power 2207kW each at 900r/min.
Propulsion: 2 sets of NRP300 Azimuth Thrusters. Port thruster rotates counter-clockwise; Starboard thruster rotates clockwise.
Generator Sets: 2 units, Model CCFJ-150-J, 150kW each, AC400V/50Hz.
Harbor Generator: 1 unit, Model CCFJ-24J.
Auxiliaries: Oily water separator, sewage treatment plant, electric air compressor set, combined pressure water tank, electric heated water tank, various transfer pumps, and axial fans for engine/thruster rooms. Main and auxiliary exhaust pipes equipped with expansion joints and dry-type spark arrestors/silencers.
VIII. Electrical System
Power Supply: AC 3-phase 3-wire and DC 2-wire systems.
Switchboard: 1 Main Switchboard (4 panels) with paralleling and preferential tripping functions.
Batteries: Emergency battery bank, GMDSS backup battery bank, black-out start battery bank, generator start battery banks, and corresponding charging/discharging panels.
Transformers: 2 x 50kVA lighting transformers (mutual standby).
Motor Starting: Direct-on-line for motors<7.5kW; Star-Delta for motors ≥7.5kW.
Systems: Complete navigation signal lights, navigation equipment, radar, GPS, echo sounder, ECDIS, internal communication, PA system, fire alarm, engine room monitoring alarm, and domestic electrical equipment.
